Rainy Day

On a rainy day, it is no fun,
To stay at home, feeling glum.
Instead why don't you say that day,
Let's go out, in the rain to play.

It will be no fun, the others complain,
To go outside, and get wet in the rain!
And they get their raincoats, as you get your hat,
As they grumble, about this and that.

They get their umbrellas, while you get your sleigh,
And tell them what's outside, by the way:
That they didn't know, as you did know,
That all that rain, has turned to snow!
