I am a happy customer of the LEGO Group, the makers of LEGO® toys.
I am a ``regular'' on rec.toys.lego, the Usenet newsgroup about LEGO® toys.
I am not a LEGO employee. The LEGO Group has nothing to do with my Web pages, except for getting me hooked on their fiendishly clever toys. Go see the Official LEGO® World Wide Web site to see what the makers of LEGO® have to say about themselves.
I have no inside information about LEGO®. Aside from my experiences with the modest number of LEGO® sets I own, most of what I know about LEGO® I learned by reading rec.toys.lego and Web-surfing other LEGO-related pages.
I am not a lawyer, but I believe material published on the Internet or World Wide Web has an implicit copyright unless it explicitly states otherwise. Even if this is not legally binding, I believe it carries an ethical obligation, and I'd appreciate being asked before any of my text or images are copied. (I'd just like to know, that's all.) Of course you can always link to my pages as long as you don't try to pass them off as your own.
For the most part, I try to link to other people's Web materials with proper attributions and credits as best I can manage. I do, however, provide some text from works of other authors that I believe are copyrighted either implicitly or explicitly. I believe I have done so only in the context of fair use, but I will be happy to remove any material whose author objects to my use of it.
